01Purpose

We turn hard-won engineering experience into knowledge, tools and products that help people and organizations do better work with data and technology.

  1. Clarity over complexity

Technology should be understood, not just installed. We explain, document and teach what we build.

  2. Substance over noise

We work from first principles and proven practice, not from trends.

  3. Built to last

We design for the long run: maintainable systems, lasting skills and ideas that hold up.

02What we are building

Four ways to put experience to work.

KORBIA is at the beginning. Nothing here is on sale yet. Each line is in preparation, and we would rather build it properly than announce it early.

  1. Consulting

Independent advice and hands-on support for data platforms and technology decisions, from first design to production.

    In preparation

  2. Online courses

Practical courses for people who want to master modern data engineering, taught by engineers who do the work.

    In preparation

  3. Applications & software

Focused applications and tools, designed with care and engineered to be dependable.

    In preparation

  4. Books & digital resources

Books, guides and digital resources that turn real experience into knowledge you can keep.

03Origin

Founded by two data engineers. Driven by a shared ambition.

KORBIA was founded by two experienced data engineers, partners in work and in life. After years in data engineering, we set out to build something of our own.

Our aim is a company where engineering discipline and creative ambition carry equal weight, and where what we learn is shared through advice, teaching, software and writing.

The names can wait. The work comes first.
